MASTERY ELITE // 3-4 Days
Mastery ELITE is our most popular and original course, designed for restoration professionals of all levels, focusing on RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, and LARGE LOSS estimating; scope-of-work creation, AI utilization; contracting; critical path creation; production rate calculations; invoicing, 3rd party audit red flags and audit triggers, project documentation, and much more! Featuring expert presenters in both residential and commercial restoration, combined with case study exercises designed to fortify the learning experience and give attendees tools they can use immediately to better their businesses. Everything we teach, we do every day in our own businesses. The Large Loss Mastery - ELITE course offers a hands-on, on-site, one-of-a-kind training experience conducted at iconic locations throughout North America and across the globe. The ELITE course gives the attendee the opportunity to be a part of a team that competes against other teams to win the case study exercise which includes; fire, water, flood or natural disaster. The projects included in the LLM-E case study exercise are complex events that require knowledge and expertise to successfully complete. LLM-E is designed to give the attendee, regardless of the level of experience, the tools necessary and the hands-on experience to compete for any size property damage loss and complete them efficiently and effectively.
What attendees learn: Production rate calculations, damage assessment, estimating, scoping, contracting, vital document recovery, critical path planning, communications, documentation, invoicing and audit triggers.
This is a 3 + 4 day course consists of (1 or 2) days of instruction and 1day of case study exercise. Typically, the LLM ELITE course can be conducted in a 3-day time period however, some courses require more time and will be listed as a 4-day LLM ELITE course. All LLM courses are available for private events and can be customized to fit the needs of the client. LLM ELITE is also available in a LIVE Online setting, 4 days @ 4 hour Zoom sessions per day featuring a virtual tour of an iconic property and large loss exercise. Mastery Business Development is our annual course held every June, designed for restoration professionals of all levels and focused on residential, commercial, and large-loss restoration projects. Learn how to build sales funnels, retain good clients and employees, create opportunities, and build sustainable sales teams. Utilizing restoration emergency response plans to increase sales, improve customer relations, and build solid business portfolios. Large Loss Mastery - NEXT TECH is a next level restoration technician training course focusing on proven tools and methodologies specifically designed to help restoration technicians perform at a higher level by optimizing skills, personal development and jobsite performance. The 3-day training event, located at one of our Large Loss Mastery - ELITE locations with hands-on case studies designed to provide the attendee with the knowledge of exactly how to manage commercial property loss opportunities and complete them efficiently and effectively.
