CAT Operations - March '26
Participants will receive advanced training in customer communications, production rate management, crew supervision, and complex project execution. Instruction includes critical path management, work plan creation and control, project safety, and third-party communications—ensuring attendees understand how to manage both the technical and administrative sides of large-loss operations. Specialized instruction in equipment sizing, setup, and drying science strengthens technical decision-making while reinforcing defensible, results-driven restoration practices.
The course culminates in a live, hands-on case study competition featuring a resort fire and water loss scenario, where attendees will work through real project conditions and compete to win the case study challenge. Each participant will also receive the new CAT Operations Manual as a bonus course resource, providing a structured field guide they can take back to their operations. Instruction is led by industry experts including Thomas McGuire, Founder of Large Loss Mastery, alongside specialists in equipment sizing, electrical safety and power distribution, and clean claims process enforcement.
