LLMastery ELITE is our most popular and original course. It is designed for restoration professionals of all levels. It focuses on project billable cost Estimation, Scope of Work Creation, Contracting, Critical Path Creation, Production Rate Calculations, Damage Assessment, and how it all ties together.

The Large Loss Mastery - ELITE ONLINE MASTERY course utilizes case study exercises to demonstrate how to implement all elements of estimating restoration projects, residential, commercial, multifamily, office, and retail spaces. Case study exercises include fire, water, and natural disaster scenarios of actual properties and projects performed by the Large Loss Mastery Team. Although the projects included in the LLM-E case study exercises are complex events that require knowledge and expertise to complete successfully, the ELITE Course is designed to give the attendee, regardless of the level of experience, the tools necessary and the hands-on experience to compete for any size property damage loss and complete them efficiently and effectively.

Mastery Vital Document Recovery is the one place to learn about vital document recovery.  Don't forget about documents; sometimes, the project's most profitable and biggest part may be documents.  Many restorers walk over documents to get the building dry, not realizing that they are leaving big dollars on the table.  Remember, in North America alone, more documents are stored than digitized, and most of the documents that are digitized, the originals are still stored. Over 3,000 storage locations exist throughout the USA, Canada, and Mexico.  In this segment, we show the student where the vital documents are, the proper recovery methods, how to estimate document recovery projects, and what exactly vital documents are.
