Mastery—NEXT TECH is a next-level restoration technician/project manager training course on managing restoration projects and production crews from the technician and project manager levels. The course utilizes proven tools and methodologies designed to help restoration professionals perform at a higher level by optimizing skills, personal development, and job site performance. The course includes fire and water case study scenarios where students determine crew size, estimate project ROM/Budget, and daily run rates needed to manage the project budget effectively. Students will utilize our proprietary labor production rate calculations to manage the daily production of the labor staff and learn how to set daily expectations for the restoration crews. Forty years of historical data are used in the production rate formulas created by the Large Loss Mastery team and for estimating and managing projects. Students will learn everything from estimating to invoicing.
