Light to moderate damage; smoke, soot, water, no mold, all surface cleaning, selective demo, not a complex project, no union, no prevailing wage, all facilities, multi floors, minimal lifts, scaffolding, some museums, multiple floors, Office Space, Hospitality, Residential, Education, Warehouse, Multi Family, Retail, Entertainment Venue, Government, Churches.
Typically ($8 - $12 per square foot services range)

Level Three

125 - 175 sft. Daily Production Rate, per worker

Moderate damage, moderate complexity; soot, smoke, moderate mold, demo, moderate complex project, medical facilities, all structures including industrial, multi-level office, lifts, scaffolding, possible union and/or prevailing wage, encumbrances: such as elevator issues, highly congested areas, limited access, moderate environmental, All Facilities
Typically ($12 - $20 per square foot range services range)

Level Four

100 - 130 sft. Daily Production Rate, per worker

Heavy damage, high security, complex project, union and/or prevailing wage, encumbrances: such as elevator issues, heavy PPE, highly congested areas, limited access, multi-level, high level environmental, Libraries, Museums, Industrial, Medical.
Typically ($20 - $30 per square foot range services range).

Level Five

50 - 100 sft. Daily Production Rate, per worker

Heavy damage, high security, extremely complex project including union and/or prevailing wage, encumbrances, such as elevator issues, heavy PPE, highly congested areas, limited access, multi-level buildings, highest level environmental, confined space, heavy containment all facilities and levels.
Typically ($30 - $50 per square foot range services range)
